What We Do
The PCPA funds a variety of programs and events to accomplish its mission: to enrich, support and enhance the social and learning environment at Pond Cove.
Our largest recipient of funding is the Visiting Artist Program, which enriches classrooms with hands-on artistry. We also fund the Teacher Grants Program, which helps teachers and staff acquire innovative and creative programs or tools that are not covered by the school budget. In addition to enriching the education of our children, the PCPA fosters an inclusive sense of community. Annual events like Haunted Harvest (new this year), Scholastic Book Fair, Craft Night, Bingo Night & Raffle, Arts Day, and the Pond Cove Challenge 5K have become cherished family traditions in Cape Elizabeth.
